1. Do you have a price list?
- Since all are custom made, there is no set price list. Final price will depend on the concept design, number of edible tiers, packaging and other cake specifications.
2. How do I order?
- The best way to reach us is via email - info@acsweetsuccess.com. You may also leave a message on our Facebook Page - AC's Sweet Success - Events Planning. Please message us with your date requirement and desired design.
3. Do you offer delivery?
- Yes we do! We can deliver and set up your cakes on the location/venue. Fees will depend on travel time and distance. Kindly advise us ahead of time if you want your order to be delivered so we can secure availability.
4. What are the flavors to choose from?
- We offer Chocolate Truffle, Moist Red Velvet, Traditional Carrot Cake, French Vanilla or Banana. You can further customize your cake with frosting and fillings.
5. What is the mode of payment?
- Payment details will be sent to you once your order is finalized. An initial deposit of 50% is required via BPI Family Savings Bank OR BDO Savings Account to secure the date of your order. Balance is settled upon meet up or delivery. Payments from overseas are advised to be settled in full. For wedding cakes, balance is due a week before the event.
6. How much in advance should I place my order?
- For peak seasons and holidays, place order at least 2 months in advance, especially for wedding and debut cakes. Otherwise, just notify us 3-4 weeks ahead, and if the date is still available, then by all means, we'll be glad to make a cake for you.
